Yoga Schedule

Classes are currently held via Zoom.  Class are open to all levels but are pitched at Beginner-Intermediate level.  Pose variations are given to enable tailoring to the individual.  Some classes are structured around specific conditions or areas of the body to give therapeutic benefit eg. lower back pain, shoulder tension.
