Yoga Schedule

Classes are currently held via Zoom.  Class are open to all levels but are pitched at Beginner-Intermediate level.  Pose variations are given to enable tailoring to the individual.  If you have more complex need a 1-2-1 session can be arranged.  Some classes are structured around specific conditions or areas of the body to give therapeutic benefit eg. lower back pain, shoulder tension.

Current times are: Sunday at 9.30 am. This class is a pregnancy free yoga class to maintain a safe space for those struggling with infertility.

Wednesday at 10am Pregnancy friendly yoga.

  

 

To Book, a drop-in session select the date of your choice using the button above.  You will be sent the appropriate forms to complete and a payment link.  If you would like to pay for a block of 6 classes
