
Returns Policy
We hope everything goes smoothly with your purchase.
Do you accept returns?
If there’s an issue with your order, I’ll do my best to resolve it. I don’t accept returns for a change of mind. Encouraging unnecessary returns is wasteful and not aligned with my sustainability ethos. Many items are bespoke or handmade; please review product information carefully before purchasing.

If you need to return an item, contact me within 14 days of delivery to arrange this (the delivery date recorded by our carrier will be used). Returns are accepted only if items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. For hygiene and safety, sealed products cannot be returned once opened. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please note that shipping charges and any customs duties are not refundable.

What if I make a mistake when entering my details?
If you spot an error after placing your order, email laura@laurabicker.co.uk as soon as possible so I can try to amend it. If the order has already been dispatched, I’m unable to change the details.

If an incorrect address was used, you can either place a new order or wait for the original parcel to be returned to sender (this can take around two weeks). Once the undelivered parcel is received back, I will refund the item cost minus the original postage. As a small independent business, I’m unable to replace items free of charge.

What if my item is held in customs?
Before ordering from outside the UK, please check your country’s import rules and confirm you accept responsibility for any customs checks, delays, duties, or fees. No returns or refunds are issued for customs delays, holds, or charges beyond my control.

Damaged shipments
Great care is taken when packing orders. On delivery, please inspect your parcel. Normal wear to the outer box can occur, but if items inside are damaged, email me within seven days with your order number and photos of the damage. Please keep the shipping box, all packaging materials, and the damaged items. After seven days from delivery, returns or refunds for damage cannot be offered. You may also wish to contact the carrier to file a damage claim.
