Every single blend in the Laura Bicker Essential Oil collection is lovingly formulated and handmade in small batches by my own hands. Because I prioritize quality and freshness, please use the following guidelines for delivery:

• Processing Time: Packages typically ship within 2–3 business days of receiving your order.

• UK Delivery: Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for transit. I use Royal Mail for standard delivery and work closely with my local post office to ensure your package is handled with care.

• International Shipping: Delivery outside the UK typically takes an additional 8 working days. Please note that any unexpected customs delays, import duties, or local taxes are determined by your destination country and are outside of my control. We recommend checking your local import policies before ordering.

• Urgent Orders & Alternative Couriers: If you need an item within a tight time frame, or prefer an alternative courier (such as Evri), please contact me at laura@laurabicker.co.uk before placing your order so I can accommodate you.

Returns & Our Sustainability Ethos

Because these are bespoke, personal wellness products, I operate under strict hygiene standards. To maintain these standards, any returned items—whether used or unused—must be destroyed.

We believe that encouraging a standard "returns culture" is wasteful and goes against our deep commitment to running an eco-friendly, sustainable business. For this reason, I highly encourage you to explore the product descriptions and ingredients carefully before purchasing.

• Eligibility: If you do need to make a return, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. We can only accept items that are completely unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Exclusions: We cannot issue refunds or returns due to customs delays, holds, or local duty fees. In the event an eligible refund is issued, original shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.

• Order Errors: If you notice a mistake on your order confirmation, please email me immediately at laura@laurabicker.co.uk. If the order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of the original delivery and the return transit.

Damaged Shipments

Every care is taken when hand-packing your wellness products to ensure they arrive safely. While minor wear and tear on the outer shipping box is normal, please inspect your items immediately upon arrival.

If an item inside your shipment is damaged:

• Notify me within 7 days of delivery at laura@laurabicker.co.uk with your order number.

• Please retain the shipping box, all packaging materials, and the damaged items so we can process a claim.

• Note: We kindly ask that you also notify the carrier regarding the handling, as no damage remedies can be granted past the 7-day inspection window.
