Autumn Yoga Nidra: A Guided Journey Into Stillness

As the season shifts into Autumn, nature invites us to slow down, release, and turn inward. This guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) session offers you space to rest deeply and reconnect to your inner rhythm a chance to pause, breathe, and gather your energy for the months ahead.
You’ll be gently guided through a meditative journey that supports nervous system calm, emotional balance, and inner grounding. The practice is done lying down, fully supported and comfortable, allowing the body to rest while the mind drifts between wakefulness and sleep.
Expect a soothing, nurturing atmosphere with reflections on the Autumn element of letting go and returning to what truly sustains you.
🕯️ What to bring: A cosy blanket, pillow, eye covering, and any comforts to create a restful space at home.
