Yoga Mala Charity Event
Come together and move through what can be a transformative experience. Starting 2024 with the right intent. After moving through 108 sun salutations, we will celebrate together with refreshments. All profits will go to Love Amelia who supports families in Tyne and Wear.

About the Event
This is one of my favourite ways to start the year. Come join me in the beautifully converted Church for a moving meditation of 108 sun salutations. This challenge will work to set you up with the right intent for 2024. Afterwards, come together to celebrate with refreshments and connect with your community. All proceeds will be donated to the local charity Love Amelia who you can read about here

I am looking forward to sharing this Mala with you all it has become an annual tradition for me and I find It sets me off for the year ahead.
