About the Event
Begin the New Year with Intention and Community
This is truly one of my favorite ways to start the year. Join me in a beautifully converted church for a moving meditation of 108 sun salutations. This uplifting challenge is designed to ground you, inspire you, and help you set powerful intentions for 2025.
We’ll gather from 10:45 am, with the practice starting at 11:00 am. Together, we’ll flow through 108 sun salutations, but don’t let the number worry you—there are plenty of options, and completing them all isn’t the goal. This practice is about connecting with yourself and carrying forward the intentions that resonate with you most.
Afterwards, we’ll share refreshments and enjoy time together, celebrating the sense of community and connection we’ve created.
This two-hour event is open to everyone, and to make it accessible, you’re invited to pay what you feel. (A typical 2-hour event is around £20.)
