Perimenopause Day Retreat

Your hosts Laura and Nicola have curated a day specifically to support women going through perimenopause and menopause.  The day aims to create the opportunity for you to:

• To feel nurtured from the inside out.

The day will start promptly at 10 am, and here's what's in store for you:

• Welcome Drink: Let's start with a refreshing welcome and time to connect to your fellow guests.
• Intro Session: Reframing Menopause- Get ready for a perspective shift that'll change the way you view menopause.
• Yoga for Menopause Symptoms: We're diving into a full yoga practice, your secret weapon for tackling those pesky symptoms.
• Lunch: Enjoy a nourishing meal and dive into discussions about nutrition, supplementation, and HRT
• Workshop: Mindset for Long-Term Health - Uncover the keys to lasting wellness.
• Afternoon Tea: Take a break, recharge, and connect.
• Relaxing Meditation and Sound Session: Time just for you, to find peace and surrender to deep relaxation.
• Parting Ceremony and Closing: Wrap up the day at 6 pm, float home with your newfound wisdom and connection with you.

This is an introductory offer as this is the first collaborative event. The venue will also be taking several promotional photographs on the day. These will not be taken at any point that would be detrimental to the process and can be edited to ensure the anonymity of anyone not wishing to be seen.

All bookings are non-refundable.  If due to unforeseen circumstances you are unable to attend we will transfer the booking to a friend.
