As the year begins to darken and the pace of life slows, November invites us to turn inward. To rest, to listen, and to restore.
This soundbath is a journey into stillness, inspired by the Water element and the wisdom of the season.
Through soft, low-frequency sounds, you’ll be guided to surrender into deep rest and trust the quiet flow within.
We’ll work with the Down blend of essential oils to ground the spirit and encourage a return to your body’s natural rhythm.
This session offers an opportunity to pause before winter, to reconnect with your inner currents, and to replenish your strength through stillness.
Held in the beautiful House 7, Tynemouth, no experience is needed. Simply bring an open heart, comfy layers, and a blanket.
