About the Event

This booking is for 4x 75min Forrest Yoga classes for May 2023. Weekly from the 5th of May.  Drop in classes are £9 block of 4 classes £32, bring a friend and get your 4 classes for £28 each.

Forrest yoga is an incredibly healing practise, with intelligent sequencing to address your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. With four key pillars to the practice; Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit.
