As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, join me for a soothing gong-free sound bath designed to support your body and mind through the seasonal shift.
This restorative session begins with guided breathwork and nidra to help you reconnect with your body and relax your mind. You’ll then be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, delicate chimes and more, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest. Without the intensity of gongs, this sound bath offers a gentle, nurturing soundscape — perfect if you prefer a softer experience.
The vibrations encourage the body to release tension, quieten racing thoughts, and create space for renewal — a chance to let go, recharge, and realign with the rhythm of autumn.
Held in the beautiful House 7, Tynemouth, no experience is needed. Simply bring an open heart, comfy layers, and a blanket.
