For Down, Up, and Relief Add 2-3 drops to an atomizer.

Relief can be used on the go when needed just ading a drop to an inhaler or hankerchief.

To blend in a carrier oil add 3 drops of your chosen blend to a bottle per 10ml of carrier oil.

Always patch test before using on the skin. 

For Pillow spray in your room or on your pillow before settling down to sleep.

If you need an item within a specific time frame or to a location outside the UK please contact me before ordering.

Every one of the Laura Bicker Essential Oil products available is lovingly handmade by my own fair hands. Packages typically ship within 2-3 days of receiving your order. Please allow another 3-5 business days for your destination. International delivery from the UK may take an additional 8 working days. Any additional custom delays are unfortunately out of my control. I use royal mail for delivery and have a close relationship with my local post office.  If you would prefer to use an alternative courier such as Evri please get in touch before order.

Laura Bicker is not responsible for any delays incurred due to local or international customs issues, nor any additional duties of taxes your country may require. We recommend familiarising yourself with your local import policies prior to ordering.

Returns:
No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays, holds, or duty fees beyond our control

Errors - If an error has occurred when placing your order, please email me at laura@laurabicker.co.uk  to amend or correct the order. If the order has already been dispatched, you will be liable for the cost of delivery and return delivery. Please view our refund policy for further details.

Returns policy
I operate with very strict hygiene policies at Laura Bicker, particularly in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. In line with those policies, any returned items used or unused would have to be destroyed. We feel that encouraging a returns culture would be wasteful and against our commitment to operating a sustainable business. Therefore in accordance with our ethos and due to the often bespoke or handmade nature of our products, I encourage you to research these products before making a purchase.

If you need to make a return, please contact me within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. (The delivery date recorded by our delivery partner will be considered as the delivery date). I only accept unused and unopened returns. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note that in the event a refund is facilitated, I do not refund shipping charges or customs duties.

Damaged shipments
Every care is taken when packing orders to minimize any damage during shipping. When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer package to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify me within seven days and I will endeavor to take care of you. Please include your order number in the email, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials, and damaged items. No returns/refunds will be granted following seven days after delivery. We also ask that you contact the carrier to file a complaint regarding the damaged package.

When I make my oils I want to give you the best I can source and take care to find quality and organic where possible.  Working with suppliers I trust that echo my values.  Your blends are made by hand with love and packaged in a way to firstly reduce the costs I pass on to you the consumer, but I also endevour to use as much recycled and environmentaly friendly products as is possible in my business.

Laura Bicker Essential oil blends are:

• made using only the finest organic Essential oil.  All* of the essential oils in our blends are certified organic by the soil association and are food-grade quality*. *Only Dang Gui Essential oil is currently not organic. 
• Vegan
• Hand blended with love by Laura in the North East of England. 

None of the ingredients used are tested on animals.

All blends are designed with women in mind and are blended to be safe in pregnancy, ensuring you can enjoy your oils with peace of mind. If in doubt consult your GP or qualified aromatherapist.
